Support excluding/removing specific branches from stacks

Hello,

Is there a way to remove a branch from a stack?
I couldn't find a command for it in the current version. (0.0.1)

If it's not implemented yet, it would be great to have something like:

• gh stack remove <branch-name>
• gh stack exclude <branch-name>

I ran gs add foo decided I didn't want that branch, ran git branch -d foo because I didn't see any corresponding gs command, and now various commands error out (e.g. gs top and gs rebase)

If I delete a branch in a stack, then run gh stack modify, it tells me the stack is out of date and I need to rebase against main first. But gh stack rebase breaks because the branch is deleted! So I'm still stuck
