+Description of the Original Work and How It Is Being Infringed: OpenAccess is a C++ Application Program Interface (API) to an industry standard, enterpirse, database for the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Industry, in which Cadence is the developer and contributor to OpenAccess.  OpenAccess APIs and related materials are not public and made available only to OpenAccess Coalition members of the Silicon Integration Initiative (Si2).
