+XLGAMES, INC. is the developer of the game titled ‘ArcheAge’(hereinafter “game”), an MMORPG which was officially announced on our homepage(https://www.archeage.com/en/) on December 31, 2009. And game was live from January 16, 2013, to March 6, 2025.

+We have registered this game program with the ‘KOREA COPYRIGHT COMMISSION’(see attached CERTIFICATE OF COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION, REGISRATION NUMBER: C-2012-005396-2)on March 21, 2012 and also have registered this game trademarks ‘ArcheAge’ on January 3, 2012 that valid in USA(see attached United States of America Trademark Office, REGISRATION NUMBER: 4,080,578), Republic of Korea, Canada, and all EU countries.

+All programs in the user’s releases list(https://github.com/Pretsg/Archeage_auto/releases) are unauthorized, infringing copies of game—including the game's source code and other files necessary to run the game, along with their own modified versions through GitHub.

+This situation constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights and we request the immediate removal of all programs distributed by the user.
+
+We have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. We have taken fair use into consideration.
