Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

Add the ability to enable / disable an MCP server from the show menu

Proposed solution

/mcp show enables me to delete or edit mcp servers available, but one of the most common things I want to do is temporarily disable on of the MCP servers to free up context window size. Yet to do this I need to copy / paste the server name and use it with /mcp disable instead of being able to highlight a server in the show menu and disable it.

Example prompts or workflows

A user should be able to type
/mcp show
Review the size of the MCP sever contexts.
Select an MCP server.
There should be a hot key to enable / disable it at this point.
