Add support for copying/pasting text into terminal on Windows 10
Proposed solution
As of version 0.0.338, I cannot paste text from the clipboard into the cli on Windows 10 version 22H2. This would obviously be a nice quality of life improvement over manually typing filepaths and other long commands. In any case, I'm really enjoying Copilot CLI, and haven't experienced any other issues in Windows so far. Thank you!
