Since the refactoring of the prompts and collections, the github-starter-skill is outdated.
Also some of the links are pointing to non existing folders and files.

I would need to know, what to fetch instead of the collections? Also i don‘t know if the prompts are replaced by skills? Chat modes also seem to be non existing anymore? Do you have some context about those changes?

Collections were replaced by Plugins, see #717
Prompts have been converted to skills, see #760
Chat Modes were replaced by custom agents, see #433
