Bundle server deployment scaffolding

Customers will likely deploy the bundle server in a variety of interesting ways. However, there are likely to be a handful of really common scenarios. At least one early adopter is standardizing on Kubernetes with Helm, and if we find that's common, we could ship a template Helm chart alongside the bundle server.

I'm intentionally leaving this open-ended because I expect we'll find other common deployment options. We can collect a little more anec-data before deciding which ones come "in the box".
