Consider power measurements from batteries with non-responsive inverters in power distributor

What happened?

When a battery inverter is discharging, but is unreachable because of network issues, the power distributor is setting that inverter's power to another one, so we end up setting excess power.

What did you expect instead?

If an inverter is unreachable, we should still check if its operating and consider that power before distributing everything to the other inverters.
