Unexpected confirmation from `pkg-static bootstrap -f -y`

On a TrueNAS with latest version (which is unfortunately a bit old) I get this:

I can also reproduce on latest pkg-2.4.2 though.

Is it expected to block even with -y?

The prompt is for the operating system version number mismatch.

You can take the IGNORE_OSVERSION hint,

@bapt for installation proceeding after I keyed n, should that be reported as a bug in base (not in pkg)?

the problem here is the use of pkg-static instead of simply pkg, still I can probably fix this in pkg itself so the report is in the right place

I did originally open a FreeBSD Problems Report with this, then I migrated it here. I see that des@ changed that from FIXED to "Please upstream".
