Note improvements

• Add sidebar options when note is selected
  • Set text (might be nicer to edit or read there, when zoomed out for example)
  • Set color
• Add ellipsis or make it clear that not all text fits in the note (than it can be opened in the sidebar)
• (high effort) Make it possible to make it even smaller so only a message balloon is visible. This won't clutter the canvas if there are a lot of notes.
  • the balloon would also be nice to stick onto other nodes, so it moves along when the node is dragged.
    • the note could be shown in the sidebar when the node (listener / pipe) is selected as a reminder for something important (like a comment)
