CLI on Windows not able to switch org (and account)

Describe the Bug

Similar to #14 my CLI won't switch orgs

Site and endpoint are censored by me. Also, I use standalone CLI auth mode, but Pangolin Windows is running too

EDIT: After further testing, switching accounts does also not work

Environment

• OS Type & Version: Windows 11 Pro for Workstations 25H2
• Pangolin Version: 1.21.1
• Gerbil Version: 1.4.3
• Traefik Version: 3.7
• Newt Version: 1.15.0
• Client Version: 0.13.1

To Reproduce

Install Pangolin on Windows and use the CLI to switch orgs

Expected Behavior

If switching orgs is supposed to work with the CLI it should switch the org after the command.
If switching orgs is not supposed to be supported on the CLI on Windows, disable the command.
