[Feature] Create Worktree (single step)

Currently the creation of a worktree requires 2 steps: create branch, then menu "Add Worktree".
I propose a simpler solution for the user: menu "Create Worktree" (placed next to "Add Worktree"), which will create a branch and a worktree with that branch.
The user would select the base branch (default to the current visible or just develop), then they would input the branch name, and automatically the worktree textfield would be updated with the same name (but still allowing the user to edit it if necessary).

This would allow for a more straightforward way of creating work trees for those of us that make extensive use of them.
