Pure Java unzip with permissions and symlinks

See how to properly unzip the symbolic links and permissions. These are not good on macOS and I had to add a hack to at least make the bin/ apps executable.

This is somewhat more acceptable now if we use the external unzip command to do the job but ideally we would use pure Java to unzip.
