WebhookEvent class fields do not match the documentation

The current implementation of the WebhookEvent class in the Fireblocks Java SDK (source link) does not align with the fields described in the Vault Webhooks documentation.
The actual payload received matches the documentation, indicating that the class implementation may need updating.
