Add example of running multiple bots on the same server

I looked at the documentation and examples, and they only explain how to run a single bot. How should one operate if they want to run multiple bots on the same server at the same time?

Thank you for your interest in BotKit! This is a great question.

Currently, BotKit has a limitation where each server instance can only run one bot (one ActivityPub actor). This means that if you want to run multiple bots, you would need to:

1. Run them on different domains/subdomains (e.g., bot1.example.com, bot2.example.com)
2. Run separate server processes for each bot, each listening on different ports and behind a reverse proxy

This is indeed a limitation we're aware of, and we plan to address this in a future version to allow multiple bots per server instance. However, there's no specific timeline for this feature yet.

For now, if you need to run multiple bots, I'd recommend using a reverse proxy setup (like nginx or Caddy) to route different domains/paths to different bot processes. Would that work for your use case?

We've created #16 to track the design and implementation of multi-bot support. The proposed approach introduces a new createInstance() function that can host multiple bots, while keeping the existing createBot() API for single-bot use cases.
