Registered routes are not picked up

Routers registered through app.include_router(router) are not picked up by the extension and are not showing up in the routes tree.

Without seeing your code, it's hard for me to understand why the routers/routes aren't being detected. I have some canonical sample apps that I test against that use include_router and I cannot reproduce locally.

Are you able to share more about your project's structure, or share the repo with us if it's open source? I'm particularly interested in how the router has been defined and/or imported, how it's being called and and whether you have a pyproject.toml with a [tool.fastapi] entry point (though the extension should auto-discover your app without one).
