Installation without docker

Hi it's quite easy. You need to download your desired golang release https://go.dev/dl/ . After installation you just clone this repository and do go build. After that you get a binary called etherpad-proxy(.exe) . You can move it around as you please. Then you just call the binary ./etherpad-proxy(.exe) and it will start immediately.
