Consolidate Artists with AlbumArtists #186
Description
Right now there's tons of duplicate code because of the addition of AlbumArtists. Artists and AlbumArtists should either implement an IArtist interface, or alternatively, have AlbumArtist descend from Artist. Same goes for Artist/AlbumArtistRepository and Artist/AlbumArtistApiHandler.
