The C# language server has crashed. VC2026.

## Issue Description ##
Extention keeps crashing with request to Restart extension
## Steps to Reproduce ##
Run Claude extention to convert a winform app to a WPF app.
## Expected Behavior ##
Extension C# should work with no errors after restart 
## Actual Behavior ##
constantly clicking restart, closing VC26 and opening each time.
