Is this repo up to date? Missing tags for new releases #4120

I notice that the latest tag and release in this repo are for 1.0.6160010, which is 9 months and 2 full releases behind the marketplace.
I notice that even in the 6160010 code, there are still out of date references to 1.0.516801 tools.
Question
Is this repo up to date? I would love to contribute but I am a bit confused if this is actually current code.
