spirv-tools binding

Summary of feature

We (Stride) are happy user of Silk.NET bindings and with the recent switch of our shader pipeline to SPIR-V, we would like to have spirv-val/spirv-opt equivalents as a library (currently using the command line exe).

It is provided by the https://github.com/KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Tools project
Would it be possible to generate bindings for this library?
