FPM in container - site seems stripped of styles?

Hi guys.
I'm trying to nginx-proxy to a wordpress:fpm container and I got it working but... only partially.
Seems that css & perhaps more is... missing. I get to the setup-config.php and welcome screen but it's, well, a "bare-bone"

Nginx's log shows:

I did not want to spam here more, with my configs & stuff - I'm hoping I'm missing something obvious since this is my first foray into it.
Anybody can suggest what it is I missing or doing wrong?

As a note to myself & other similarly on SELinux family of OSes - wherever you put your mapped volumes (double)check paths fcontext & relevant bits.

Do you have your reverse proxy in front of WordPress configured with a copy of the WordPress volume and configured to serve the static files? (FPM itself only executes PHP scripts - it won't serve static files)
