Bring back the "welcome to feoblog" text. #102
Description
When you load feoblog and there are no items on the homepage, show a blurb welcoming users to feoblog. Direct them to:
- Create an ID
- Log In
- Add it to the server in the CLI
- Create a Profile
- Create a Post
