When attempting to run the Action on Windows, I get this error:
Error: Container action is only supported on Linux

Ideally the action could at least attempt docker run ... for Windows runners with Linux container support installed. For example, Docker Desktop, Rancher Desktop, etc.

I was trying to approach it for a long time, but I don't even have a single Windows computer to develop it properly.
