My name is Lara Veronica Leal, and I am a .NET Backend Developer with experience in developing corporate systems, RESTful APIs, integrations, and web applications, mainly focused on the automotive insurance and telecommunications sectors.
I started my journey through freelance experiences and personal projects, developing applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, and relational databases. During this period, I created management systems, automations, web applications, games, and integrations, strengthening my knowledge in software architecture, programming logic, and problem-solving. I also developed projects using RPA and Spring Boot, always focusing on technical growth and best development practices.
I worked at Services, a telecommunications company that is currently part of Concentrix, where I served as a Systems Programmer. During this experience, I participated in the development and maintenance of internal solutions while also collaborating with the DBA team, assisting with SQL queries, data organization, performance analysis, and database-related support demands. This experience expanded my knowledge in data structuring, query optimization, and the operation of high-demand corporate environments.
My main experience in the technology field was at Agile Connect, where I worked on the development and enhancement of systems focused on the automotive insurance sector. I was directly involved with functionalities related to contracts, quotations, payment slips, reports, and strategic business rules for the company’s internal operations.
During my work, I used technologies such as C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, LINQ, JavaScript, AJAX, and DataTables, performing performance optimizations, query improvements, legacy system maintenance, and implementation of new features. I also participated in the creation of dynamic reports, internal integrations, and user experience improvements for operational teams.
The sector I worked in required high precision, stability, and performance, since the systems supported essential operations related to the automotive insurance industry, including contract management, proposal issuance, financial control, and operational processing. This experience strengthened my analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to environments with complex business rules.
