[Feature Request] Debug mode with hidden map for issue creation

I have a few issues with trips, some days there are none even if traveling 50km by car, today i walked 1,1km without leaving the house because the GPS data was not accurate and it's not filtered out. I don't want to post my location here.

Describe the solution you'd like
A debug mode wich hides the map and probably adds a scale to the view would help with posting anonymous screenshots.

Describe alternatives you've considered
moving the actual data to a random location in the desert as reference would work aswell. It would not snap to any roads but i think that doesn't matter.

Additional context
It has not the highest priority for me since i still stick to Google Maps location history, but for a work trip last week i needed the arrival times and checked reitti first which was empty. Google maps on the other hand told me when i was leaving my home, the distance and time to the work location, how long i stayed there and the way back. I'm not sure if it's just me (my configuration or something else) or if reitti is not yet 1to1 perfect matching google.

I also see the need for something like this. I had a function in the about section in mind which allows exporting an anonymized portion of the data. There are already some tools under https://github.com/dedicatedcode/reitti/tree/main/docs/tools I created during the development but they are not really meant for the average user.

What I would like to add is a button on the about page with a date range and this then:

• add some basic information like the version
• add a description of the problem
• attach gpx files for the date range shifted by a random amount and time
• maybe allow putting this package into a new GH issue if this is not to much work. For the first version I would just create a zip file which then can be sent or added to a GH issue.

I am working the last two weeks on #523, this sounds a lot like your issue and I am hoping to resolve that soon. It is the last blocker for the 3.0 release which in my opinion is overdue.

The idea with the GPX export with random location shift and zip export sounds good to me. Nothing to debug places, since there are no known places in the Ocean, but to identify some other issues it would be great.

Even then its probably possible to identify the location but at least it's harder. Another option would be to exclude a 1km radius from the home location, or a filter for specific hours of the day to exclude the home location and/or destination. I think automatic GH issue creation would be overkill though, zip should be perfectly fine.

Reitti will create a place in the ocean than, it does not care if it can´t geocode that.

I think if we shift it by a minimum and maximum longitude around the globe it should be really hard to find the original spot. Sure, with enough time on hand it could be possible.
Maybe we add a preview function then with a map to show the user what will be put in the package. Then everybody can decide if it is enough or not.

it still might be a useful feature to implement some kind of debug mode, but places are on point now in v3.0.0, thanks for that.

I saw that you added auto setup for Overland aswell and switched from Owntracks to it. This seems a bit more precise at the moment. So pretty happy how it is now 👍

Yes, I think this is still relevant to ease the analysis in the future. Maybe for the 3.2 release. First I want to implement #505 to further enhance the Places part and therefore the Visits
