Exclude specific authors in Issues and Pull Requests tabs

Very nice project! One feature that would be really useful for me is the ability to exclude specific authors from the Issues and Pull Requests tabs. For example, I’d like to exclude Renovate and my own issues and pull requests.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve opened #28 to add this.

The Authors filter now has an Exclude mode, so you can select users like Renovate or your own account and hide their issues and pull requests. The setting is saved along with the other filters.

If you have a chance to try it, I’d appreciate your feedback. If everything looks good, I’ll go ahead and merge it.

Thanks a lot for the quick PR! I tested it and it indeed solves my use case.

There is one strange behavior, though: when nothing is selected, I see two options: nyg and renovate. When I select renovate, it moves to the first position, so the list becomes renovate followed by nyg. I guess the list is ordered with checked items first? I find this a bit unexpected. I also noticed the same behavior on master, and possibly with other lists.

Another possible improvement would be to allow both including some users and excluding others. Personally, though, I don't need this feature.
