Creating new playlist by adding song to it not working

Bug Description

When you go to add a song to a playlist, press Create New Playlist and type in playlist name, the playlist does not get created. Wondering if this feature just isn't implemented yet since creating a new playlist by itself does work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a song
2. Click '+' button (To add to playlist)
3. Click 'Create New Playlist'
4. Type in playlist name and hit 'Create'
5. Go to 'Library', click on 'Playlists' at the top and observe

Expected Behavior

Expected behaviour: For a new playlist to be created, with the song added
