More status options for Discord activity #69

Feature Description
In the YT music app I use, the Discord activity setting provides three status text options:
- App name (what Musly currently has)
- {artist} (replaced with what artist you are currently playing)
- {song title} (same as above)
If it's easy to implement, I'd like to have it in your app too.
