windows arm64 build for node.js webgpu

Hi,

I just obtained webgpu for node.js via npm
and find it ships with the following:

dist
 +--- d3dcompiler_47.dll
 +--- darwin-universal.dawn.node
 +--- linux-arm64.dawn.node
 +--- linux-x64.dawn.node
 +--- win32-x64.dawn.node

Would it be possible to also include an
windows arm64 build? So that I can run it

on a thinkcentre with a snapdragon?
