Any plan to create Angular2+ directive for this wonderful project?

Ok, I have an ng2+ version working, @darthwade is this project still supported? and would it be best to create a fork/pull request, or would a separate repo be better?

I see a people here waiting for ng 2+ version. If you need something that will work today on v5.x support with a few small refactors you can use https://github.com/bculley/ngx-angular-loading, i'll try to keep on top of issues and collaboration welcome.

The concept is the same with slight renaming, code includes demo and short readme to get you going.
