Created a "Like" addon for posts.

I wanted a simple system that would let me add a way for readers to "like" my posts so I created this tonight, the only edits you need to make to HTMLy are the post.html.php file for the theme you're using, everything else is self contained. I opted to use SQLite3 for recording the "likes" so I could also keep track of IP, sessions, and cookies to prevent users from spamming the button.
