WYSIWYG editor? Attach PDF files to post?

Hello,

I'm looking for a simple tool to build a self-hosted site on a frugal computer (soldered 2GB RAM, and currently 8GB storage).

Before I look further, I have a couple of questions about HTMLy:

1. Does it have a WYSIWY editor (not markdown)?
2. If need be, can I upload and attach PDFs to a post?
