Create tag/release v0.8.0 #314
Description
🤔 What's the problem you've observed?
We would like to use the latest version of cucumber-cpp with a package manager (in our case Bazel, https://registry.bazel.build/).
Before adding Bazel module, we need a git tag v0.8.0 for cucumber-cpp. Once this has been created, we can start to implement the Bazel module in BCR.
