Test coverage is required for failing and ignored performances

I only have happy path tests at the moment, for performances which succeed.

I should add coverage for failures (exceptions) and those which are ignored for whatever reason.

These should be written as integration tests.  They should run for standalone Screenplay and also both of NUnit and SpecFlow integrations.
