Describe the bug
When uploading a file or downloading multiple files, the dialog box covers the buttons necessary to confirm a rename or delete operation. It's impossible to do either until the upload finishes. Minimizing the downloader dialog box doesn't provide enough clearance to select the buttons.
This behavior also causes other right sidebar screens to be partially covered, including the keyboard shortcuts panel, help panel, and table of contents panel.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start uploading a files or download multiple files at once.
- Attempt to rename or delete another file.
- Discover that the right sidebar buttons are covered and inaccessible.
Expected behavior
When the right sidebar opens, the upload/download dialog box should be shifted to the left, or layered behind. An alternative solution could be to move the rename/delete/cancel buttons to be located closer to the top of the sidebar.
On mobile, the upload/download dialog should be layered behind due to the lack of screen width on phones.

Additional context
Hitting Escape, or Enter/Return while focused on the rename textbox will close the rename panel. Hitting Escape will also close the Table of Contents/Help/Keyboard Shortcuts/Delete panel.
