Cannot add link or edit table near bottom of note in PWA on iOS

Describe the bug
When I try to add a link to text using the PWA on iOS, the "ADD LINK" window disappears. This only happens when editing text near the bottom of a note.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any note with text
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Select some text
4. Try to add a link using the formatting panel

Expected behavior
The "ADD LINK" window should remain visible and allow link input.

System Information:

• Device: iPhone 15
• OS: iOS 18.4.1
• Browser: PWA

Additional context
The same issue occurs when trying to modify a table. Changing the device orientation to vertical solves the problem, but it's hard to use in that mode since only one line of text is visible :)

Also, when working with tables, the arrow button used to modify the table appears outside the table boundaries, making it difficult to interact with.

The same issue happen on Android when trying to edit the font/fontsize/header/etc
