Upload Translations API: add `addToTm` parameter support

The Upload Translations API allows you to upload translations to a project in Crowdin. The API supports a lot of parameters, but there is no support for the addToTm parameter.

It should be added to this API client.

@andrii-bodnar Fixed indentation issues from #185 that were causing workflow failures. All style checks should pass now.
