Clamp does not run on content change, like it does on resize

If the content being yielded to the clamp-js component changes, it should re-run clamp() on it.

It does not currently seem to do so? Seems like it should re-run on the didRender hook?

If I have some time, I look into addressing this if you are open for PRs.
