Bug description

The default camera app doesn't install QR Scanner on button click (does nothing). Manually installed MI Scanner crashes instantly

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the camera app
2. Open Settings -> Smart suggestions
3. Tap Scan QR codes
4. Tap install
