Flutter 3.44 still reports `open_file_ios` as not supporting Swift Package Manager

Summary

open_file 3.5.11 mentions iOS/macOS SPM support in the changelog, but Flutter 3.44 still reports:

The following plugins do not support Swift Package Manager for ios:
  - open_file_ios

I investigated this a bit more.

open_file does seem to contain Swift Package Manager support in the repository, including these commits:

• 58d9ad5 - Add Swift Package Manager support
• 039a0ec - Fixed spm

The current iOS package manifest exists here:

open_file_ios/ios/open_file_ios/Sources/Package.swift

However, Flutter 3.44 still reports open_file_ios as not supporting Swift Package Manager.

A possible reason is the package layout. According to Flutter's plugin author guide for Swift Package Manager, the documented layout is:

plugin_name/
  ios/
    plugin_name/
      Package.swift
      Sources/
        plugin_name/

So Flutter may expect the manifest here:

open_file_ios/ios/open_file_ios/Package.swift

but in this repository it is currently nested one level deeper inside Sources/:

open_file_ios/ios/open_file_ios/Sources/Package.swift

Because of that, Flutter may not be detecting the plugin as SPM-compatible even though the repository already contains SPM-related files.

If helpful, I can also test whether moving the manifest to the documented location fixes detection in Flutter 3.44.
