Subject: [PATCH] [set.symmetric.difference] Fix misapplication of P3923R0 (US
 164-263)

In P3923R0, US 164-263, "+ K" was deleted from
[set.symmetric.difference]/4.2. However, the commit applying it (aa49103295c557ab4670e8c96f83133f3dbadba3)
overlooked this, leaving a dangling occurrence of removed "K".
