Resolved conflict in test/test-markdown-frontmatter.js by merging tags and technologies arrays from both branches. Kept 'Laravel' tag from feature branch and added new tags from main including 'LlamaIndex', 'GraphQL', 'Semantic Kernel', 'Looker Studio', etc. Updated technologies array with new vector index types.
