Improvements to DTP_Config

We should remove from the XML file the sections related to WP3, then DTP_Config should be expanded in WP3 with methods and configuration relevant only to WP3.

@copyme do you think we should do this with XML, or is this the time to move to YAML?

@alwynmathew I think we should freeze new features in XML support and from now on provide only bug fixes. I will still clean the XML file provided here, but for the new version of the WP3 code we should migrate to YAML.
