The code modification tool has incorrect indentation on Python

Description

I found that indentation issues are very frequent in Python code modification tools, and when I asked AI, they said that the logic of this code modification tool is causing it. Has this been modified in the latest version

I've submitted a fix for this in #11289. The root cause is that when fallback matching strategies (trimmedMatch, whitespaceIgnoredMatch) find a match with different indentation than the LLM-provided old_string, the replacement was spliced in without adjusting indentation. The fix detects the indentation difference and re-indents the replacement string to match the file's actual indentation level.
