Replace `--dangerously-skip-permissions` with `--permission-mode auto`

From Claude Code v2.1.83 a new parameter was introduced: https://code.claude.com/docs/en/permission-modes#eliminate-prompts-with-auto-mode

Auto mode lets Claude execute without permission prompts. A separate classifier model reviews actions before they run, blocking anything that escalates beyond your request, targets unrecognized infrastructure, or appears driven by hostile content Claude read.

I just tried this out myself and it might need some fine tuning steps, before it can replace --dangerously-skip-permissions in a project 🤔
