� EMERGENCY: Remove 5GB blockchain-ai-ml-references folder and prevent future inclusion

FOLDER DELETED: blockchain-ai-ml-references/ (5+ GB) completely removed
GITIGNORE UPDATED: Added emergency blocks for gigantic reference folders
PREVENTION: Added blocks for avalanchego, deno, nearcore, solana, polkadot, etc.

This prevents the catastrophic mistake of including entire blockchain/AI repositories
in the project git repository. Reference materials should stay LOCAL only.

CRITICAL RULE: Never commit reference repositories to production git!
