Pluck is built in the open by people who mostly have not met. Be someone they would be glad to work with.
- Be kind and assume good intent. Most bad comments are tired people, not bad people.
- Criticise code and ideas, never the person who wrote them.
- Make room: newcomers, people writing in a second language, and people who disagree with you are all welcome here.
- Accept a "no" on a pull request gracefully. It is about what fits Pluck, not about you.
Harassment, insults, slurs, sexual language or imagery, personal attacks, trolling, publishing someone's private details, and continuing after someone has asked you to stop. This covers issues, pull requests, discussions, commit messages and anywhere else you represent the project.
Email support@getpluck.io with "Conduct" in the subject. A maintainer reads every report, keeps it confidential, and replies within 3 working days. We may warn, remove content, or ban someone from the project, depending on what happened.
