Fabric limitations in node.js

• Shadows don't work on images (due to node-canvas limitation)
• Certain characters are not rendered properly (due to node-canvas limitation)
• Text rendering is slightly different from browser (due to node-canvas specifics)
• Text offsets could be wrong for center/right -aligned text (due to node-canvas bug)
• Image given has not completed loading (due to node-canvas limitation)
