New: Add support for alternative file extensions

Starting with **[v2.1.1](https://github.com/codeworksdev/digital-sandbox/releases/tag/v2.1.1)** you will be able to specify an alternative file extension (e.g., `php`, `pdf`, etc.) to use for an app listed in the launcher. In previous versions, `html` was assumed for all apps.
